I long piece of bell wire with knots placed every half inch feels so good on the way in and especially on the way out.

do dickb22 : I insert 220cm long cable (made from plastic skipping cable).. it will curl inside bladder and never make a knot so it get stuck inside. Other cables or wire can make knot and get stuck inside when pulling out

I like to take a wire twice as long but doubled over and twisted together. I get a muck better feelo
